Deployment and Portability

Mobile device fleet deployment: iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Symbian, Windows phones, etc.

  • Schedule to observe for optimal delivery of devices (logistics),
  • Device deployment and integration phase,
  • Defining security settings of device.

PHASE 2: Portability and Deployment Phase

LOGISTICS PHASE:

Logistics are handled by a Project Manager and a dedicated team. The following mayalso be undertaken:

  • Reception of handsets and SIM cards,
  • Validation of pairing files. Creation of label sets.
  • Scanning and listing of IMEI,
  • Pairing of devices and SIM cards,
  • Labeling according to destination and end-user site,
  • Dispatching via courrier.

GUIDANCE PHASE:

Ibelem teams can work on site if required. This means that devices can be given to the users personally (provided that users can come to collect them) and SIM directories can be copied directly on site.

INSPECTION AND SATISFACTION PHASE:

A customer satisfaction call may be made a few days after the portability process to a sample of users defined with the customer. Delivery follow-up and reporting will be carried out.

Information will be sent to users who do not receive their device in person.
