Ibelem’s founder Benoit Lemaire has been responsible for the company’s strategy (Monitoring, R&D, Sales and Technology) since the outset. On graduating from Angers engineering school (ISTIA) in 2003, he took an ESSEC/Central management course. After working at Matra Grolier Network(Subsidiary of Lagardère  ) as an Engineering Manager, he joined Areva Group to create the security unit at Ifatec subsidiary. He founded Ibelem in 2001 in the field of SME managed services.

Jean-Michel Bénard spent most of his career at Computer Associates France: he joined the company as a Business Engineer in the application software division, then successively held the posts of Sales Director and Key Accounts Division Manager, after participating in developing the “application programs” sales activity at Transiciel. His market experience, good relationships with French key accounts and his desire to provide an end-to-end service to his customers led him to create ITS Group in 1997. Jean-Michel Bénard has a degree from the ESTACA (aviation engineering school) and a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in International Business from Dauphine University, Paris. Jean-Michel Bénard is the Chairman and CEO of ITS Group.

Roby Spiegel started his career in the family business specialized in the production of goods for the fur and fashion industry. Upon taking control of the company, he led the Olympic Ceintures brand under which the company operated, to become Belgiums leading women’s belt manufacturer, and distributed their products across the European market. As an investor and an experienced businessman,he also got involved in Real estate and the food processing industry. After selling his holdings in the fashion and food processing industry in 2006, he invested in technology and IT services and became an active shareholder in Glooq and director/partner of ITS Group. In 2008, he joined Grant & Partners as an Associate Director.
